Upleveling a Habit: Why I’m Starting a Weekly Heidzalyn Coaching Report

I’m building a new habit by taking a current habit and upleveling it with one small action. I’m taking accountability by writing my intentions now—starting a weekly Heidzalyn Coaching Report here on my blog.

Why This Habit Matters

The habit I’m upleveling combats my survival urge to grind myself into burnout and wander into a creative wasteland. 🤯

I used to judge and beat myself up so much. In collaborations, if others weren’t keeping up with my pace, I’d grow resentful and judge them too. But practicing the habit of celebration has helped me slow down, actually speed up progress, and see how much I have to be happy about—even if I’m in the middle of a big project I want done, NOW!

That story no longer serves me.

The Danger of Judgment

The danger with judging is that it steals your happiness.

In the past, it didn’t seem to matter what success I had achieved—I’d celebrate it for a moment, but then my survival judgment would kick in:

“We don’t have time to appreciate this!”
“That was a good effort, but not good enough!”

Then it was back to the grind with thoughts like: “OK, I’ll be happy when I reach the next big milestone.”
I’ve lost so many hours of happiness to my inner critic—that nagging Judge.

What Changed: The Power of Celebration

Turns out, regular celebration combats this inner survival programming. After practicing this through journaling and in various coaching groups, I’ve:

Tapped into creativity when I need it.
It helps me activate empathy, curiosity, and clear-headed action. Motivation and judgment are linked—if I judge the situation as not perfect for creating, I might not start. That drains my energy and leaves less creativity for what matters.

Reinforced that I’m living my purpose.
It’s easier to keep going when you feel like what you’re doing matters—even in small doses.

Shifted from worry and stress to gratitude and happiness.
That shift helps me find real solutions. It's also had a noticeable impact on my physical health.

How This Fits into the Flow of Prosperity

This habit was so powerful, I made it one of the five foundational keys in my Flow of Prosperity framework. I encourage everyone in my community to practice the habit of celebration daily. It falls under:

Key #5: Experience Joy and Lasting Legacy

If that’s something you want in your life, you might want to join our 3P Productivity Community.

Heidzalyn Flow of Prosperity

Inside the 3P Productivity Mastermind

In our mastermind, we:

  • Celebrate progress, even if it seems insignificant. GOOD ENOUGH WINS!

  • Write a weekly accountability report in our private community.

  • Keep evidence of purpose-driven progress—great for the days when the inner critic shows up.

  • Choose three action items to focus on each week.

  • Anticipate self-sabotaging thoughts like judgment—and plan solutions before they happen.

It’s truly magical to watch everyone grow. I feel so lucky to be part of this space and to celebrate others’ successes whenever I need an energy boost. It’s deeply inspiring.

My Commitment to You

So, back to MY weekly progress report:

Each week, when I do my celebration report inside our 3P Productivity Community, I’m also going to share it here with you on the blog.

Let me show you how I’m using the Flow of Prosperity to inspire action. Expect a new post every Wednesday or Thursday—that’s when I typically do my check-in.

With each post, I’m growing right alongside you.

In the Heidzalyn World, the tide raises all boats—
and you’re welcome in my marina anytime you’re ready to rise to the top. 🌊✨
